The... read more excellent warm clothings we got, the fast and clean speedboat, the many eagles we saw, the beautiful Fjords and the interesting explanations.
For I did not get enough pictures of the eagles, I hired Stig and his speedboat for a private trip to the eagles and he did everything possible and maybe a little more, to get us the best possible pictures.
We had the greatest time one can imagine, because Stig was kind enough to take us out again.
For I can not give 10 stars, my rating is 5 stars for friendliness, competence and customer service and everything else one could imagine.

He... read more found then really nice places to fish where everybody on the boat could catch a lot of pollack, sometimes even big fishes too! Everyone had his own fishing rod and he showed us how to fish (really beginner friendly).
Before we headed back he showed us how to filet the fish, so we could prepare our dinner on the way back to svolvaer :).
In the end we were on the sea over 5 hours instead of the booked 3 hours trip (guide asked us at the beginning if we are flexible with the time).
The pollack fish was delicious :).

As it turns out, when the weather is bad... read more other places in Lofoten, Svolvær has calmer wins due to its location. We were able to go out on a private trip despite bad weather in Henningsvær where we stayed, and caught a lot of fish. Not only did Johannes take us out on short notice, but he also gutted our fish for us and froze them so we could bring them with us the next day. Very service oriented and a great storyteller!

We saw quite a few eagles soaring close by and diving for the fish tossed by the guides, but the highlight for me was bouncing across the waves at 50kts with the rain pelting the visor, giggling all the way. They threw in a few hard turns just for fun, which made the ride that much more entertaining. Along the way, our guide - who was very friendly - shared some history and interesting facts about the areas we passed. The seats were surprisingly comfortable, and it felt safe the entire time. The kids had fun too, though they were a little chilly by the end. Overall, definitely worth doing if you're in the area!

The service and knowlegde from the crew... read more was impeccable and the hole experience is one of the most memorable expeditions we have had in Lofoten. We all got fish,that certainly topped the tour and we all learned how to gut fish. The boat has a lot of history with much space. Thank's a lot to the crew at Go2Lofoten! We highly reccomend others in Lofoten to use Go2lofoten for a fish expedition or rib safari.

The boat was fast and great fun (seating was 2 people wide meaning everyone got a great view) and the tour guide was very informative and told us many fun and interesting tales during the trip. We saw numerous sea eagles at remarkably close range, the beautiful Trollfjord as well as other local scenery on the way out and back. Seeing the Lofoten landscape from the sea was amazing.
A definite highlight from our holiday and I cannot recommend this trip to you enough if you want to see the wildlife and the beauty of the fjord up-close.

  This was supposed to be the highlight of my 5 days in Lofoten as I am an extreme fishing enthusiast! But the trip was a BIG disappointment! Their “advertisement” said... read more that they would offer all the equipment I would need, so I didn’t bring my own fishing rod. This turned out to be a big mistake cause they only had 7 rod’s for the 7 people on board, and I ended up with the one that was destroyed. For tourists who have never fished before, I guess it might be okay, but for someone who knows, this was a disaster! If I could I would have just left the boat! I feel tricked and wish I had spent my evening and money on something else! If you love fishing as much as me, I recommend you to chose a more professional company!
